The Architects Alliance, Inc. is a prolific firm serving clients throughout the Central Missouri region. The Architects Alliance, Inc. is a medium-sized firm established in 1968 by Seth T. Evans, AIA (retired) and Roy J. Pallardy, AIA (deceased). Larry D. Brandhorst, AIA has been with the firm since 1974 and a principal since 1980. Cary J. Gampher, AIA became a principal with the firm in 1996. One principal will serve as your primary contact. We work collaboratively within the firm thereby availing you the strengths and experience of all principals and staff. We encourage clients to participate in the studio environment where our Principals, Architects, Managers, Technologists and Draftspersons, strive for excellence.
Architecture is an ever-evolving art. Continuing education is a requirement of American Institute of Architects (AIA). We constantly learn about developing products and systems as possibilities for our client’s needs. Our staff are supported by the latest technologies including AutoCAD, Revit, LAN support, Digital Imaging, Internet Access, and electronic distance file sharing
The Architects Alliance has a proven track record of multiple project delivery methods including competitive bidding among multiple general contractors, negotiating with a prime contractor, and design- build. We insist upon exceeding client expectations and encourage contact with our references or visits to facilities designed by our firm. We take great pride in the number of clients for whom we have overseen multiple projects over many years.
Throughout the last five decades The Architects Alliance has created a depth of experience unmatched in the region. Our individual projects range in size from under $1,000,000 to over $100,000,000 and include master planning, new construction and renovation. Our team has dealt extensively with educational, religious, governmental, recreational, fitness, corporate, financial and industrial facilities. As a firm local to Central Missouri, The Architects Alliance maintains immediate proximity to all our projects while assembling a team of specialty consultants focused on the unique nature of each situation.
